JEFF ORENSTEIN
Mr. Orenstein is the founder of the firm. His practice is devoted primarily to plaintiff’s class action work. He has experience with virtually all aspects of class action litigation. He is lead counsel in multiple national and provincial class actions. Mr. Orenstein has appeared numerous times before the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Quebec, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Quebec Court, the Quebec Labour Relations Commission and Arbitration Boards. He is a frequent speaker at class action conferences in both Canada and the U.S. and serves on numerous boards and committees of legal, professional, and non-profit organizations. With over 150 reported cases in 2 provinces, he has helped shape jurisprudence in the Canadian landscape. Mr. Orenstein is regularly interviewed by media outlets in Canada, the U.S. and internationally about his cases, as well as, other legal matters of interest to the public.

ANDREA GRASS
Ms. Grass received a Bachelor of Commerce, with a major in marketing (B.Comm., with great distinction) from Concordia University, John Molson School of Business (2004) and a Bachelor of Civil Law (B.C.L.) and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from McGill University (2008). Ms. Grass was called to four bars: 2009 (New York), 2012 (Quebec), 2013 (Ontario), and 2015 (California). Ms. Grass’ practice is devoted primarily to plaintiff’s class action work (consumer protection, antitrust, drug, and product liability). Ms. Grass has appeared numerous times before the Quebec Court of Appeal, the Superior Court of Quebec, and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

ANDREW GARONCE
Mr. Garonce oversees the day-to-day business of the firm, including HR, operations and case management.
He is the primary point of contact for class member communications, overseeing all logistical matters relating to the firms’ class action practice.
Mr. Garonce is a certified member of the Canadian Association of Paralegals, the Association des Parajuristes du Québec and the OACIQ.
